Just recently we sold our condo unit in Uxbridge. Our Real Estate Agent was Michele Maynard from the Sutton Group.

Michelle provided us something that was definitely void in our previous experience with a different agent and broker. She was very thorough and organized. Everything she did was by the book and professional. She was very informative when it came to explaining processes and contract related details.

One of the most important aspects that I expect to be fulfilled from a Real Estate agent is good communication and follow up. Timely feedback and relevant updates are important to a seller. Michelle met my expectations and provided me with all of the above.

Our unit was previously on the market for 90 days with another Real Estate agent and Broker. We then went to Michelle at the Sutton Group and within a very short period she was able to sell our condo.

We were looking to move from Ottawa to Oshawa all within 2 months. Michelle met with us and took us to many different places three weekends in a row. She quickly realized what we were looking for in a house, and went out looking at houses with me on the other line while I was in Ottawa. It felt like for those three weeks, Michelle was putting everything into finding us our dream home. When we finally decided on a house to put an offer in there were three offers on the table so she went and personally presented our offer to the owners and really fought for us to get the house. We were actually told by the other realtor that if it wasn’t for Michelle we probably wouldn’t have gotten the house. I would definitely recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy a house.
